In Pursuit

Psalm 63:8 (NKJV) My soul follows close behind You; Your right hand upholds me.

What are we pursing in life? What is important enough in our lives that it causes us to spend a great deal of time and energy focused on it? I venture to say the we often place God somewhere down the list.

God desires to have all of you. Not just the part when it's convenient or easy. Can we give Him our all. When will we begin to pursue Him as we should. do we need a tragedy to take place? Does the economy have to fall farther or can we just because He is, say "God, I surrender all"?

Let's commit to giving Him this day. Maybe you need to start with the next 4 hours. Lord I want to know you more. Show yourself to me today.

Psalm 42:1-2 (NKJV) ^...As the deer pants for the water brooks, So pants my soul for You, O God. ² My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?
